If you have reached this page after clicking on the green Go To Classes button before logging in, please login to activate the Go to Classes button. Once you are logged in, clicking on this button will take you to all of the classes that you have purchased from Blue Poppy.
If you have reached this page after clicking on the green "Go To Classes" button and you have logged in, then an error has occurred when you purchased your classes. Depending upon your situation, one of the instructions below should solve your problem.
If this is the first class you have purchased with Blue Poppy then you should have received an email with a password that will get you to your classes. Please go to www.bluepoppyceu.com and login by using your email address and the password you received. The next page that opens will show all of the classes that you have purchased and to which you have access. Click on any class name to start taking the class.
If you have purchased a class since July 1, 2013 and haven't as yet tried to access your classes and no longer have the email with the password assigned to you then do the following: go to www.bluepoppyceu.com insert your email address in the Username box (or just leave it blank if you are uncertain what email address you may have used) and then click on the forgot your username or password link at the bottom of the log in screen. A link to change your password will be emailed to you. Once you have your new password use it to login at www.bluepoppyceu.com.
If you have purchased a class but it was prior to July 1, 2013 then please do the following: go to www.bluepoppyceu.com insert your email address in the Username box and in the password box insert changeme (all one word all lower case). This will bring you to a page that will allow you to create a new password (for your current password use changeme). After you change your password please click the Continue button that appears at the bottom of the page to proceed to your classes.
If none of these solutions work for you please call customer service to get this problem corrected. If you live in California, Hawaii or Alaska please call 1-800-293-6697. If you live in the rest of the country please call 1-800-487-9296. If you are trying to access your classes over the weekend then we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and ask you to contact customer service during our regular business hours on Monday.
