Last week we uploaded a few new Youtube videos for our Blue Poppy Youtube channel.  Our Youtube channel can be found by searching for "Bluepoppytcm" at the main Youtube site, and we have a variety of videos uploaded there.  Last week I put up a video on interesting material related to Bai Zhu (fun stuff that is rarely taught in school), and I also did a little video introducing the concept of dao di yao cai, also known as "authentic region medicinals" or "geo-authentic herbs."  Dao di yao cai is basically an ancient idea in Chinese medicine that associates certain regions with the highest quality of a given medicinal substance, which is similar to the notion that the best feta comes from Greece, the best Champagne comes from Champagne, the best New Mexico green chilis come from Hatch county, etc.
