You have one business day grace period before cancellation penalties take effect.
(For example: register on Monday you have till 5pm Tuesday to cancel without penalty)
The cancellation policy is as follows:
- 70% refund if canceled 60+ days prior to seminar.
- 50% refund if canceled 59-15 days prior to seminar.
- No refund for cancellations 14 days or less prior to seminar or for no-shows.
