LICENSE AGREEMENT

Description of Ownership

All materials constituting this Blue Poppy Institute (“Licensor”) On-Line Distance Learning Program are the copyrighted Intellectual Property of the Licensor and Licensor’s teachers authors. Such materials include but are not limited to any audio- or video-taped lectures, lecture visuals, textbooks, supplementary readings, reading lists, bibliographies, instructions on how to complete these programs, homework assignments, quizzes and answer keys as well as any on-line supplementary materials, such as bulletin boards and chartrooms and their contents.

The student enrolled in this Program (“Licensee”) acknowledges and agrees that: (A) as between Licensor on the one hand, and Licensee on the other, the Licensor owns all right, title and interest in the Licensor Program and Licensor Brand Features; and (B) nothing in this Agreement shall confer to the Licensee any right o ownership in the Licensor Content or the Licensor Brand Features. No licenses are granted by the Licensor except for those expressly set forth in this Agreement.

Description of License

By agreeing to this Licensee Agreement the Licensee and the payment of the licensing fees, i.e., and the tuition for this Program, the Licensee assumes the right to use the materials contained within this Program for their personal listening. study, education, ad referral only. The Licensee is forbidden to make unauthorized copies of any and all materials constituting this Program or to broadcast these materials in any way to persons not enrolled in this Program with Blue Poppy Institute.
