Blue Poppy is proud to offer Great Nature, the most highly concentrated, thoroughly-tested line of classical Chinese formulas available and the best value for you and your patients.

We have just redesigned the Great Nature label and a new purchase order has just arrived. Originally, we had them separated into Great Nature Contemporaries, e.g., Gan Mao Ling, and Great Nature Classics, e.g., Zhi Gan Cao Tang. On our new label, we no longer differentiate in this way. Other updates include an amber-colored plastic bottle and safety cap.

ALL GREAT NATURE CHINESE FORMULAS ARE:

• Extracted and tableted at a facility that meets FDA cGMP standards, the most rigorous quality standards in the herbal industry.
• All herbal ingredients are screened for identity and quality by a Chinese herbal specialist. For additional assurance, if necessary after the organoleptic test, the herbs are also identity tested using TLC. 
• Manufactured using traditional hot water extraction coupled with essential-oil recapturing for maximum potency of the finished product.
• 3rd party testing is done on every batch for pesticides, microbiological contaminants, heavy metals, and other contaminants.  All testing results are available upon request.
• 7:1 concentration ratio in a densely packed 750 mg caplet provides stronger dosing with fewer caplets than teapills. Serving size is 2250 mg or 3 caplets.
• A comprehensive selection including many familiar formulas as well as traditional formulas that are lesser-known to US clinicians but very popular among practitioners in China.
• Other ingredients: magnesium stearate as a binder (plant-based).
