Who can register for an account with Blue Poppy Formulations?Anyone with an existing practitioner account with full privileges at may register for a Blue Poppy Formulations account. Please note: Your Blue Poppy Formulations account is separate from your Bluepoppy.com practitioner account, so you will need to complete a separate registration.
How long does it take to activate my account?Please allow 24–48 hours for your registration to be reviewed and activated. You will receive an email from info@bluepoppy.com confirming your account registration. If you do not see the email within 24–48 hours, please check your spam or junk folder.
Do you have a phone number for assistance?Yes. You may call (800) 487-9296 to speak with a Blue Poppy Customer Service Representative. Please note that orders cannot be placed by phone. Additionally, once payment has been received, custom-blended formulas cannot be refunded or canceled.
Can I or my patient pick up an order locally in Portland?Yes. Local pickup is available in Portland, Oregon. Please allow at least two hours for pickup orders to be prepared after payment has been received. For each pickup order, you must provide the first and last name, email address, and phone number of the person picking up the order. The person picking up the order must present:
Does Blue Poppy Formulations pay commissions on marked-up products?Not at this time. We are currently working on a program that will allow practitioners to receive payment on the retail markup they apply to products they sell directly to their patients.
What size spoon is included with an order?The included scoop is calibrated based on the density of the formula. As a general guideline, one level scoop is approximately 1.5 grams, although the exact weight may vary depending on the formula's density.
