Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories are not eligible for any free shipping promotions, including FedEx 2-Day or Free Shipping.
You may select a shipping method at checkout; however, actual freight charges will be applied after the order has been packed and weighed.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options, including FedEx 2-Day, are available. Estimated shipping charges are shown at checkout; actual charges are applied once the order has been packed and weighed.
Order Processing Time

Orders ship within 1–2 business days, in the order received.

Orders over $249.99 (after discounts and before taxes) must be placed by 12:00 p.m. PST to ship the same day via FedEx 2-Day.
Split Shipments
Occasionally, orders may be shipped from multiple warehouses to ensure complete fulfillment. If an order qualifies for FedEx 2-Day delivery, smaller portions may ship separately at the warehouse’s discretion. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number for each shipment.

DROP SHIPMENT ORDERS
Blue Poppy allows practitioners to ship products directly to their patients.

Select the patient’s address as the Shipping Address at checkout

Check the Drop Ship option

You pay Blue Poppy; you bill your patient directly
All drop-ship orders under $49.99 are charged a $9.99 flat-rate shipping fee and do not qualify for free shipping.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
For international orders placed directly with Blue Poppy:

Customers are responsible for USPS shipping charges (calculated prior to payment) and any customs duties, taxes, or fees due upon delivery.

Once an international order leaves our warehouse, Blue Poppy is not responsible for loss, theft, or customs delays.
Free shipping is not available on international orders, regardless of order total.

RETURNS
Items That Do Not Meet Your Needs

Contact us within 30 days of your invoice date

Merchandise must be returned new, unused, and in resalable condition

Include a copy of the invoice or packing slip

Credit will be issued to the original form of payment minus a 15% restocking fee
Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.
Herbal Products & Acupuncture Needles
Opened herbal products or acupuncture needles cannot be returned and are not eligible for credit. FDA regulations prohibit acceptance of opened items.
Books
Books are fragile and must be packed securely, preferably in the original shipping box. Avoid newspaper or loose packing materials that may cause damage.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged due to carrier mishandling:
This allows us to file a carrier claim and issue a replacement promptly.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Please contact info@bluepoppy.com within 5 business days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
