After 36 wonderful years in Boulder, Colorado, we're excited to announce that Blue Poppy Enterprises has relocated to Portland, Oregon. Peoples Herbs, a small Portland-based sister company ofBlue Poppy for the last ten years, has merged withBlue Poppy to form a new operation with an expanded inventory of products and improved customer service.
Our websites and inventories have merged to bring you a better shopping experience and increased product selection. There are a number of changes to our Shipping policies, including the introduction of Blue Poppy Choice Shipping, which is free shipping anywhere in the US.
This is a big move with lots of changes for us. We are working hard to minimize inconveniences for you. However, if at any time you have concerns, questions, issues with orders, or for any reason, please don't hesitate to contact us.
QUESTIONS YOU MIGHT HAVE...
1. When will I no longer be able to make a purchase and walk-in to the Boulder branch to pick it up?
ANSWER: The Boulder branch will close its doors to all orders and walk-ins on Tuesday, April 30, 2019.
2. What is going to happen to the Blue Poppy toll-free number (800) 487-9296 when I call in my orders after Tuesday, April 30?
ANSWER: On May 1, 2019 this number will be routed to our Portland, Oregon warehouse where our Customer Service Team will be glad to take your order over the phone.
3. What is going to happen to the Blue Poppy fax number (303) 245-8362 when I send in my orders after Tuesday, April 30?
ANSWER: On May 1, 2019 this number will be routed to our Portland, Oregon warehouse where our Customer Service Team will be glad to process orders received via fax machines. They will continue to check this number until the end of the year. OR beginning May 1, you may start sending your Blue Poppy fax orders to (503) 650-6076 for processing.
4. What happened to the websites bluepoppy.com and peoplesherbs.com?
ANSWER: As you can see, we have updated bluepoppy.com. You will also find that peoplesherbs.com has been retired. If you have saved bookmarks in your web browser, the old links will still work, but we encourage you to update the links to the new web page locations.
5. Will my Blue Poppy username and password still be valid on the *NEW* bluepoppy.com website?
ANSWER: Yes, it will stay the same, but for security purposes you will have to re-enter your credit card information. However, due to the technicalities of merging two companies, your order history will not be available to you online. But you may call the Portland branch and a CSR will be able to assist you with this information.
6. Will my People’s Herbs username and password still be valid on the *NEW* bluepoppy.com website?
ANSWER: Yes, it will stay the same, but for security purposes you will have to re-enter your credit card information.
7. What is going to happen to People’s Herbs?
ANSWER: Blue Poppy will still retain the popular line of People’s Herbs Empowered Extract products that you have long purchased, but People's Herbs will no longer be a separate legal entity. Both companies have operated together for the last 10 years. We are now combining efforts and streamlining our business.
